RED January is a community initiative getting the nation active every day in January to support their mental health. Whether it’s running 5k, walking to work a new way, a morning swim or taking the bike for a spin – the choice is yours!
In partnership with mental health charity Mind, the month-long challenge provides people with a daily goal and a focus in a characteristically tough month. The healthy habits the RED community form in January, continue to support them into the rest of the year.
Almost 65,000 people took part in RED January 2019, with many choosing to go the extra mile by raising funds to support Mind’s life-changing work.
